Sorry for the delay! My life has been so hectic recently with my recent hair donation event, starting work again, and getting ready for Miss Minnesota! My hair donation event went even better than expected!! Going into it, I was very nervous about any complications that we might run into, however the event went as smoothly as possible. Thank you so much to my 9 stylists that volunteered their time to help me out! Without your commitment I would not have been able to have this event. The event took place at the Tri-City United High School in Montgomery on May 12th. In front of the entire student body, we had 28 students and staff donate at least 8 inches of hair to Pantene Beautiful Lengths!! When I think about how many women will be touched by the wigs made from these ponytails, I can't help but get emotional. Our participants gave a priceless gift that will change those women's outlooks on their fight against cancer! Thank you again to everyone involved, especially Mr. Fitterer, this event was a great success and I can't wait to see how many people will be involved next time :)
